公司核心产品为TC-R 屋面隔热防水体系，该产品技术概念源于 1968 年的屋面节能防水技术理念，初衷为缓解城市热岛效应、减少碳排放。现阶段产品在吸收国际先进技术经验的基础上，针对国内不同气候区屋面常见的节能失效、防水寿命短等顽固问题，进行多项本土化技术改良，植入适配国内建筑结构、温差环境的专属功能元素；同时，原材料均由国际知名化工企业供应，实现屋面节能防水新材料的本土化高品质生产。

为破解中国专业屋面材料的应用困境，2017 年公司联合中国建筑标准设计研究院，共同推出外露型全屋面专项图集 —2017CPXY-J403《TC-R 屋面隔热防水建筑构造》。该图集颠覆传统屋面 “先防水后保温” 的分层结构，创新提出 “屋面外露型防水新结构”“全屋面隔热防水一体化” 等五项行业核心技术，为国内工业与民用屋面工程提供******、长效的解决方案。

This drawing set overturns the traditional layered structure of roofs that follows the principle of "waterproofing before insulation", innovatively proposing five core industry technologies such as "exposed-type waterproofing structure for roofs" and "integrated thermal insulation and waterproofing for full roofs", providing efficient and long-term solutions for domestic industrial and civil roofing projects. Currently, the TC-R roof insulation and waterproofing system has been successfully applied in key projects of multiple industries such as China Petroleum, Sinograin, and China Tower Co., Ltd. With the characteristics of "one-time construction, dual functions, and long-term durability," it has gained unanimous recognition from customers.
